1. Overview

Stereosnap (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a web-based service that converts uploaded photographs into stereograph cards printed and shipped via third-party fulfillment. By using stereosnap.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars and include shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

3. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds by default. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@stereosnap.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

4. Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed by third-party AI services (including Immersity AI and/or Artificial Studio) to generate stereoscopic 3D imagery. The quality of the 3D effect varies depending on the content and depth information in your original photo. We do not guarantee a specific level of 3D depth in the final product.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and print it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent that you have the right to use any image you upload.

6. Fulfillment

Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Prodigi. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days within the US but may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stereosnap is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
